Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Subject to Rajkot (Gujarat-India) Jurisdiction only.
Other Terms
Understand that, Profit-Lite software is annual subscription based product. The subscription is to be renewed every year, for continuous usage of the product.
The annual subscription charges are for Profit-Lite software installed only in one folder of any one computer’s hard drive. Such one installation shall allow to work up to three companies.
The annual subscription charges are for one license which can be used in one PC only.
If you do not pay annual charges, your software shall cease to work.
The annual subscription charges shall include online telephonic, email and internet based support charges as well as all product related update released at the discretion of the company, if any.
The subscription charges are non-refundable, non-transferable charges.
